What Currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars.

What are the Payment Options?
This shop accepts PayPal only.
If you do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to sign up for one, you can pay with a credit card through Paypal such as Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover.

When will my order ship?
All items are shipped from Canada via regular mail.
Ready to ship items ship within 1-2 business days of payment being received.
Custom prints ship 1-2 business days AFTER FINAL APPROVAL of proofs have been received.

When will my package arrive?
Packages shipped within Canada normally arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Packages shipped to the United States normally arrive within 7-10 business days.
Shipped to the UK or Australia normally arrive within 15 business days.

What is your packaging like?
We take great care to ensure all items arrive safely, this includes having a protective sleeve and all prints will be shipped securely in a heavy duty flat mailer unless otherwise noted in the listing.

Custom Order Approvals: The customer's approval of the proof is required prior to going to print. The custom order will not be produced without final approval being received.

Custom Order Refund Policy: Due to the level of effort involved in custom prints, there are no refunds or exchanges on any custom print once the proof has been provided.
